Jamie Frumusa

Director of Client Services

Jamie Frumusa serves as the Director of Client Services for Tipping Point Communications, providing guidance and strong strategic thinking to a broad range of clients in the public relations, inbound marketing and media departments. Jamie has more than a dozen years of experience implementing regional and national media relations campaigns, as well as crisis communications and executive communications strategy. Her specialties include consumer packaged goods, lifestyle brands, large-scale event planning and not-for-profit communications.

Prior to joining Tipping Point Communications, Jamie spent five years with Red Bull North America where she held a range of positions including communications coordinator at the company’s South East Business Unit in Atlanta, Georgia. Her responsibilities included managing internal and external communications for major extreme-sporting events and professional athlete activations as well as content curation for @redbullMIA, redbullusa.com and redbullflugtagusa.com.

A Rochester native, Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a passionate advocate for the community, serving on the Willow Domestic Violence Center board of directors, Villa of Hope YP board of directors, Accreditation in Public Relations Committee co-chair for the Rochester Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and Junior League of Rochester Public Affairs Committee Chair.

When not at work, you can find Jamie in the dark room at Flower City Arts Center or binging historical dramas on Netflix with her grumpy old cat Beep.
