Melissa Yacuzzo serves as Senior Account Supervisor for Tipping Point Communications specializing in the consumer retail and services vertical. With more than 15 years focusing on retail marketing she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients, helping them achieve their goals. As a media agnostic, she lets the data drive the tactical recommendations, and her feel for consumers bring insight and nuance to the plans.
Early in her career, Melissa worked in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) world at Datamonitor working with some of the largest manufacturers (Kimberly-Clark, Kraft, and Proctor & Gamble). There she coordinated on the ground market research and product procurement around the world for R&D and QA departments. After moving to DAC Group, Melissa became immersed in digital media. There she worked with many national brands, most notably AAMCO and CCA Global Partners, helped business owners claim their digital footprint and understand the value of putting their best foot forward online – using all available methods (SEM, SEO, local listings and display). Along with the business owners, Melissa also managed the franchisor relationship, giving her a unique understanding of the franchisee/franchisor dynamic.
Melissa’s current client list includes Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning, Hurlbut Care Communities, Wilmorite and the Rochester Area Malls (Eastview, Mall at Greece Ridge, Marketplace Mall, and Pittsford Plaza). Additionally, Melissa is the lead supervisor for Hybridge Network and the many doctors that advertise Hybridge through their dental practice.
