Joyce Ramirez is the Public Relations Account Executive in the Buffalo, NY office focusing on client and project management, media relations, special events, and social media. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of healthcare focusing on community relations, public relations, strategic planning, marketing and program development.
Prior to Tipping Point Communications, Joyce was the Director of Marketing for American Family Care in Connecticut, responsible for brand management, business development and community outreach for four locations. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Mass Communications from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
Having the passion for non-profit work, Joyce is President of Beta Sigma Alpha Charitable Fund and Annual Campaign Co-Chair/Board Member of the YMCA Delaware Family. She is also involved with St. Mary & St. Moses Coptic Orthodox Church serving as a volunteer and the Assistant Director of the annual play.
Joyce currently lives in the village of Kenmore with her husband.
