Kim Frost

Sr. Client Strategy & Relations Supervisor

Kim joined Tipping Point Communications in August of 2020 as Senior Supervisor Client Strategy and Relations where she leads strategy and execution for paid media accounts.

She brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign development and execution, cross-functional and inter-agency leadership, and project management.  

Kim began her career in marketing at GE Capital where she excelled at client and direct to consumer marketing and project management for clients such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Sam’s Club.  A graduate of a prestigious GE Management Program, she spent over ten years with the company in operations, marketing, and human resource roles.  Furthermore, she led the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Wal-Mart Credit Card (private label) and two other credit products, while working from the company’s CT, GA, NC, and NY locations.

While Kim enjoyed working on the client side, she was offered a position at Digitas, moved into NYC and began working on the agency side.  She led the development of a pilot marketing program between AARP and TIAA-CREF, marketing TIAA-CREF 529 plans to AARP members.  She also led a re-design of to be one of the first socially integrated brands, assimilating Facebook fans into the brand site. 

She was a Client Partner at Sapient Razorfish where she led the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing for Dove Masterbrand.  At Tenthwave Digital, Kim held the position of Vice President, Strategic Account Director where her clients included American Express, Birds Eye Vegetables and the Specialty Food Association. Kim also managed internal teams and agency partners in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for brands such Wild Turkey, SmartWater and Post Foods.  

Kim is a marketer who loves to grow relationships, learn new businesses and form collaborative partnerships that help to build brands.  She holds a B.A. from Siena College and is excited to be back in her hometown of Rochester, NY.  While Kim is a long time Buffalo Bills fan, she also qualifies herself as a Bon Jovi “super fan”.
