Client Strategy & Relations Supervisor
Lindsay joined the Tipping Point Communications team in July 2020 as a Client Strategy & Relations Supervisor, overseeing earned, owned, and shared media initiatives and serving as a day-to-day client relationship manager for the firm’s B2C and B2B accounts. Based in the Rochester, N.Y. office, her clients span industries including travel & tourism, higher education, and professional services. Her specialties include national and regional reporter pitching, content generation, social media management (copy and design),strategic planning, and relationship management.
Prior to joining Tipping Point in 2020, Lindsay spent over three years working for public relations firms in the Greater New York City Area. Beginning her career at Brodeur Partners, Lindsay supported major PR client accounts including Deloitte, FM Global and LexisNexis, managing social media content, writing new business proposals, and managing junior staff, as well as pitching announcements, research, and thought leadership for clients.
From there, Lindsay went on to join Quinn PR as an Account Executive, managing global hospitality and food & beverage accounts. Her esteemed client list included Playa Hotels & Resorts, the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York, Legoland New York, and The Deco Food + Drink. Her client work led her to secure placements in national publications including CNN, The New York Times, WIRED, Martha Stewart Living, Forbes, Town & Country, and Newsweek, amongst others.
Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 2017 with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology.
