VP, Planning & Systems Management
Melissa Yacuzzo serves as VP, Planning & Systems Management for Tipping Point Communications, dividing her time between paid media strategy and account service for Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning, Hurlbut Care Communities, The Summit Federal Credit Union and CCCS of Buffalo, and serving as a champion and driving force for many of the company’s initiatives.
With more than 15 years of retail marketing experience, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients, using a media-agnostic approach to drive tactical recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Prior to Tipping Point, Melissa served as Account Manager at DAC Group, a global digital agency, where she worked with many national brands, such as AAMCO and CCA Global Partners, to help claim their digital footprint and understand the value of putting their best foot forward online using search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), local listings and display advertising. She also helped manage the franchisor relationship, giving her a unique understanding of the franchisee/franchisor dynamic.
Melissa also previously served in a project manager role at Datamonitor, a consumer packaged goods (CPG) firm, where she worked with some of the world’s largest CPG manufacturers, including Kimberly-Clark, Kraft and Proctor & Gamble. In addition, she coordinated on-the-ground market research and global product procurement for R&D and QA departments. .
Melissa is a voracious podcast listener during her 90-minute round trip commute, and enjoys curling up with her streaming services at night to unwind.
